Luv-a-cuva

Turns out that another Mom Inc hopeful lives right here in Tampa!

I am sure most of you remember Luv-a-cuva - a very unique blanket for two that Kelly and Mark raved about!

To read their story in the St. Pete Times, just google luv-a-cuva and you will find it!

Good luck Evan and Haris - sounds to me like things are getting pretty cozy for you and Mom Inc! Please keep us posted!

  3. I met Haris and she is a sweetheart (and so fun) with a great product!!! :) :) In fact, I've been thinking that she's been posting here as anonymous with no # reference. Haris, post and tell us how you are doing!!! Or maybe I'll just text you!

I called Milojo to see when they were going to air their shows and they said they didn't have an airdate yet, but not January. "Maybe Feb or March." Looks like they still are working thru things and that's why so many auditioners are waiting still!!!! :) Keep up the faith!

    Sincerely,
    Deedra

  4. Deedra is back!!

Do any of you know if you go to the callback is that the part of the show Kelly says your in or out??? Do you go in front of her in New York and she looks at two inventors and picks one to move on?

If not I wonder if it is still more waiting once you do the callback to hear if you in or out? Do any of you have the inside scoop you could tell us???

  5. A very good question. And I'm thinking that those of us who continue to wait may still be under consideration in the event that the show is picked up for another season - but I'm finding it hard to believe it is for the first season for which shooting has probably already been completed or is nearly completed. We may be held in the "back pocket" going forward. I remember Kevin saying that 16 women would be selected for the first season - and others would be selected if the show is picked up. I have no basis in fact, I just think that's what is happening. Too much time has elapsed.

  6. To the Anonymous directly above. Do you have a scheduled callback? Or still waiting to hear anything?

  7. No, Anonymous above. I have no scheduled callback...only the executed contract and word of the latest extended timeframe of late January before we hear anything again.

  10. How is it that Luv-a-cuv can have a media story about their invention when the contract specifically states that there is to be no media contact without consent from the Milojo????????? I wonder if they received clearance? I guess some take the contract seriously and others do what ever they feel like?

  11. the contract probably only states no media contact pertaining to milojo or mom inc. etc. -
you can't go around and tell the press that you are under consideration, etc. but you should never stop promoting your product unless,of course, it isn't ready to promote
